Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery on Orders Below £50.00

These will take approx 2-3 working days for delivery and will cost £4.99.

Next Day Shipping

Next Day Shipping is available for £6.99 for orders below £50 and FREE for orders over £50.

Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day.

Please be aware that next day delivery is not available over the weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on THURSDAY will be delivered MONDAY. Orders placed after 2pm on FRIDAY will be delivered TUESDAY.

Next day delivery is not available for remote locations such as Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland etc. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Do you offer free shipping

YES! For orders over £50 shipping is FREE.

Orders below £50 will cost £4.99 standard delivery and £6.99 for next day delivery

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking code.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer international shipping.

Can I create an account?

Yes, you can. This can be done during the checkout process and will allow you to log in to track your order, view your order history and save information for future orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, however please be quick! We aim to dispatch orders ASAP so if you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as you can and we can cancel and refund the order. Unfortunately, if an order has already been dispatched we are unable to cancel at that stage.

I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?

All orders should receive a confirmation email immediately, if however this does not happen then please check your spam/junk folder. Please contact us if there is no sign of a confirmation email whatsoever and we will look into this for you.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time period then please check the tracking for updates or contact us for more information. Unfortunately delays can happen sometimes and we will do our best to investigate and resolve any delivery issues for you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

All orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the day of delivery.

If your order is damaged or not up to standard, we kindly ask you to contact us detailing the reason for return and our friendly customer service team will do their best to resolve your issue.

Are returns free?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns.

If your order is damaged or faulty then we kindly ask you to contact us and we will resolve your issue without the need for return.

How do I start a return?

If you wish to return your item, please contact us and our friendly customer service team will be happy to help and advise.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once received back to our premises all returns are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Refunds should appear back in the account used to purchase very quickly however can sometimes take 48 hours to process.

Products & Stock

Are all products in stock?

Mostly. However, if an item is out stock then an ‘out of stock’ banner is displayed on the listing.

How do I know if a product is suitable for my needs?

If you are unsure if a certain item is suitable for your needs or you have any further questions regarding a product then please contact us and our friendly customer service team will be on hand to help.

Can I receive notifications for when a product is back in stock?

Yes! Sign up to the ‘back in stock notifications’ on the listing and you will receive an email when it is back in stock.

Payment can be made with either credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
